I am happy to accept cancellations when made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns will be accepted when I have made an error in personalization. Upon receipt of orders for personalization or for custom orders, you will receive an email with a photo of the design for approval to avoid any errors. I am unable to accept returns or cancellations on personalized items after your approval of the design.

Because of the rustic and natural materials used to make my products, I am not able to accept returns or make exchanges unless your items arrive to you damaged from shipping.

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received; upon receipt of your order you will receive confirmation and an estimated date for delivery.

For items that are in stock and not in need of personalization, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. For items that are not in stock or in need of personalization, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you see that an item is currently out of stock, please contact me so that I can begin building your sign!
